How do I purchase HIIT sessions?
You may purchase a block of credits (either 60 or 120) by visiting the HOME page and choosing the relevant package.
I have Paid for a block of credits - what do I do now?
You can use your email address or the code that came in the Order Confirmation email to book individual sessions directly into the calendar. Simply choose the type of session you want to book under the BOOK menu. Then, you can click the black button to apply your code or use your email address to look up your valid package bookings.
TIP: You can use the RECURRING button on the calendar to book multiple sessions in one go. See screenshot below:
How do I Redeem a Gift Voucher?
If someone has purchased a Gift Voucher for you, you can use the code shown on the voucher to apply against any individual session or multi-session package.
To use your voucher against an individual/series of sessions or events shown on the website. Simply choose the type of session you want to book under the BOOK menu.
To book more than one session you can use the recurring button on the calendar as indicated above.
How can I change or cancel a booking that I have made?
Whenever you book a session, you will receive an email confirmation of the booking. In the email, you will see several black buttons at the bottom. Use the first black button to cancel or reschedule a booking. Please note that you may not be able to cancel or reschedule a booking if it is less than 24 hours before the start of the session.
I paid or booked through your website but didn't receive any confirmation email - can you help?
The first thing you should do is check your spam folder, as sometimes spam filters are overprotective and filter real emails out. If you've already checked, drop us a line through our contact page and we can check our system here.
