Frequently asked questions About PURCHASING CREDITS & Booking SESSIONS



You may purchase a block of credits (either 50, 100 or 500) by visiting the BUY page and choosing the relevant package.  You can also buy packages or request a free trial session from the relevant SERVICES page.  

How do I book an individual 1:1 Session?

You firstly need to purchase a block of credits following the instructions above.  You can then book 1:1 sessions with any of our team directly on this website. Simply visit the relevant page under BOOK or SERVICES and you will be presented with a choice of trainers who are available to book for that type of session. From there you can book a session directly into the trainer's calendar.

I have Paid for a block of CREDITS - what  do I do now?

You can use your email address or the code that came in the Order Confirmation email to book individual sessions directly into the calendar. Simply choose the type of session you want to book under the BOOK menu. Then, you can click the black button to apply your code or use your email address to look up your valid package bookings.

TIP: You can use the RECURRING button on the calendar to book multiple sessions in one go. See screenshot below:


How do I Redeem a Gift Voucher?

If someone has purchased a Gift Voucher for you, you can use the code shown on the voucher to apply against any individual session or multi-session package.

To use your voucher against an individual/series of sessions or events shown on the website. Simply choose the type of session you want to book under the BOOK menu.

To book more than one session you can use the recurring button on the calendar as indicated above.  

How can I change or cancel a booking that I have made?

Whenever you book a session, you will receive an email confirmation of the booking. In the email, you will see several black buttons at the bottom. Use the first black button to cancel or reschedule a booking. Please note that you may not be able to cancel or reschedule a booking if it is less than 24 hours before the start of the session.  

I paid or booked through your website but didn't receive any confirmation email - can you help?

The first thing you should do is check your spam folder, as sometimes spam filters are overprotective and filter real emails out. If you've already checked, drop us a line through our contact page and we can check our system here.
