Meraki offers a range of private, small group & larger yoga classes In both Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Power Yoga. 

Each Vinyasa Yoga class is bespoke & carefully designed to include a combination of Vinyasa flows, hip openers, back bends & core abdominal exercises.  Modifications are offered throughout to ensure that even the most challenging postures are accessible to people of all levels.  

The Ashtanga sessions take you safely through the primary series offering modifications & adjustments throughout, making the practice accessible for all.  

Power yoga takes the best bits from both Vinyasa & Ashtanga to bring you a strong & dynamic class, that is fast, fun, and athletic.  

Power Yoga | Wed | 8:15pm | Mary Ann Weeks Studio - Power Yoga has been designed as a 6 week course, allowing the class to develop & get stronger together. The current Power Yoga class is fully booked.  The next 6 week block will start Wednesday 6th March, and can be booked below.
