I have been doing sunrise yoga classes with Meraki since May 2018. Amy is an excellent teacher who makes the class challenging but always has modifications to help you with the movements. The class has a lovely friendly vibe and there just isn’t anything better than doing sun salutations outside with the sun beating down on your face. Bliss!
I have also just started HIIT on Saturday mornings after being slightly fearful, but I can honestly say this was unfounded as the class was tricky, but Amy and Mark always had modifications to help and motivated you to keep going.
Definitely give these classes a try, Meraki are awesome!

Amy and Mark are amazing!
So friendly & not judgemental.
I do boxing sessions with them every Saturday.
They really push you to your limit but to suit your fitness level and your goal. Amy will make your goal her goal.
I go to gym classes but I really get the most out of going to their sessions I would highly recommend.

I started attending Meraki classes in the new year having not done any exercise for a couple of years and I’m amazed at my progress. I can do things I have never done before despite 20 years of attending a gym. I find training outside exhilarating and the different mix of exercises each week keep it really interesting. I also attend the sunrise and sunset yoga classes which appear to be designed to easily get you into positions that are really challenging. There is something special about doing yoga outside in the early morning, I love it. I cannot recommend the Meraki team enough, they put so much care and effort into everything they do. You can’t fail to get fit and enjoy yourself in the process
