PRE & POST NATAL

All of our trainers are pre & post natal trained.  At Meraki we believe that during your pregnancy you should continue to do the sessions that you love.  Our trainers will provide safe & effective modifications throughout all of our sessions to ensure that you can enjoy a safe & effective workout.  


Personal Training - Each block of PT sessions will start with a free consultation.  This consultation will be used to help us understand your exercise likes & dislikes, perform simple fitness tests and discuss your exercise goals.  

Our trainers then design bespoke programmes which will vary every week and increase in intensity as we work with you.  We make sure we set you realistic targets and carry out ongoing assessments so you can really see the results.  In addition, we offer nutrition advice, postural assessment and stretching recommendations as part of the service.


Power Yoga | Wed | 8:15pm - Power Yoga has been designed as a 6 week course, allowing the class to develop & get stronger together. The current Power Yoga class is fully booked.  


Sunrise Yoga | Sat | 7:45am | Shalford Park - Meraki is committed to running this class for as long as the weather permits. Each session is 10 credits.  During the Autumn/Winter months please check the Meraki Calendar a few days before the class to see if the class will be running.  


HIIT | Sat | 9:00am | Shalford Park - HIIT sessions are a fun and sociable way to workout and vary your exercise regime.  Our HIIT sessions are designed to test you to your ultimate limits.  A mix of cardio, strength, endurance and power training, we vary the exercises every week and use a variety of equipment and apparatus.  We aim to deliver a full body workout with each session, incorporating toning, strength work, cardio and core.  We train outside come rain or shine as we believe exercising in the great outdoors is all the more exhilarating.


Hatton Boxing | Sat | 10:15am | Shalford Park - It's fast, fun, and a great way to release any stress or tension from your working week.  Each Hatton Boxing session is 10 credits.  Purchase your credits & receive a booking code that will allow you to book your sessions to suit your schedule.
