HIIT sessions are a fun and sociable way to workout and vary your exercise regime. Our HIIT sessions are designed to test you to your ultimate limits. A mix of cardio, strength, endurance and power training, we vary the exercises every week and use a variety of equipment and apparatus. We aim to deliver a full body workout with each session, incorporating toning, strength work, cardio and core.
Our sessions cater for all ranges and fitness levels. We want people to work at their own pace and just enjoy their workout.

Each HIIT session is 10 credits. Purchase your credits & receive a booking code that will allow you to book your sessions to suit your schedule.
