VINYASA & VINO

Following the success of the first Vinyasa & Vino event, we’re excited to announce that Corkage will be hosting the next event on Thurs 30th August.

 The Yoga class will run from 7:00-8:00pm @ The Castle Grounds, before heading to Corkage to sample some wonderful wines from France & Guildford! 

Wines include: Mas De Daumas Gassac Frizzante, Pewley Downs Sparkling, Chateau D'Ollieres and Pewley Downs Still.  

The ticket price includes the yoga class + 2 glasses of wine.  Additional wine & food can be purchased on the evening.

KELLY'S CROSS COUNTRY CHALLENGE

Sun 14th October is the Kelly’s Cross Country challenge for Challengers Charity (Meraki’s official charity partner!).  We would LOVE for THE WHOLE OF TEAM MERAKI to get together on the 14th Oct & give our support to what is an incredible, inspiring charity.  There are five events that make up the cross country challenge a 5k walk, 5k run, 10k walk, 10k run and half marathon, so whether you are 20, or 70, smashing your fitness goals, or just finding your feet after having your first child, there is an event for you.  You don’t need to run fast, you could even walk around the 5k with a bucks fizz in one hand, and a croissant in the other.  This event really is all about taking part & supporting an incredible charity.  Click here to enter, and then here to add yourself to the Meraki Team.  Suggested Meraki Donation £25.

We are excited to be collaborating with Corkage & The Bolney Estate to bring to you our first evening of Vinyasa & Vino.  The Vinyasa Yoga class will run from 7:30-8:30pm @ The Castle Grounds, we will then all head over to Corkage to sample some wonderful wines from the Bolney Estate.

VINYASA YOGA LAUNCH

Amy has just returned from Sampoorna Yoga School in South Goa, and is very excited to be adding Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga classes to the Meraki timetable.  Amy looks forward to welcoming you to a class soon.  Namaste.

We are incredibly proud to be able to announce that Challengers will be our official charity partner for 2018.  Community is the core of everything we, founding partners of Meraki Fit believe in.  We feel so privileged to have been given the opportunity to work with the Challengers team.  Our hope is that we can inspire & motivate everyone taking part in their sporting events, in the same way that they inspire the hundreds of children & families that they help each week.
