AMY COOMBER

Inspired by 15 years of dancing, I chose to hang up my ballet shoes and move over to fitness.  In the 14 years that I’ve been working in the fitness industry, I’ve been lucky enough to train & inspire hundreds, if not over a thousand people to take the small steps needed to make a big difference to their lives through fitness & nutrition.  As well as personal training, I regularly teach HIIT, Hatton Boxing, Spinning, BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyBalance,Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Power Yoga.

MARK COOMBER

I’ve always enjoyed sport and the rewards it could bring when you are at the top of your game mentally and physically. After giving up my first passion of football in my early 30’s due to Injury, I decided to take up road cycling. The feeling of tackling the highest mountains in Europe and Africa on 2 wheels is second to none but left me feeling that I needed to do more with my training, that’s why I decided to become a Spinning Instructor, Group Exercise & Hatton Boxing Coach.

STEPH WILKINS

A series of sport induced injuries in my mid and late teens led me into my profession and ultimately my passion to become a physiotherapist. I qualified 18 years ago and have a plethora of experience both within professional sports, treating the weekend warrior and those who may be slightly less active!  My passion is all things musculo-skeletal, bio-mechanical and developing self management strategies to empower patients in their recovery.  I have been based in Guildford for the past 10 years and work directly with a number of orthopeadic and pain management specialists both in Surrey and London . I regularly teach matwork class Pilates and am APPI trained.

PIPPA GIBSON

I am a qualified nutritionist gaining my PhD from The University of Surrey studying dietary and physical activity levels in paediatric obesity. I am currently working at King’s College London investigating dietary fats on cardiovascular health and use my spare time to motivate people to stay fit and healthy through group exercise as a BodyAttack & HIIT instructor.
